Delighted to learn today that the tallest known tree in the world is named Hyperion—coincidentally the same as the sci-fi series from which Farcaster got its name. Discovered only in 2006, it's taller than the Statue of Liberty at ~380 ft (116 meters) https://joaquemin.com/hyperion/
