RTIP-2: Prioritize V2 Users for Airdrop
TL;DR
99.9% of the airdrop recipients haven't used our V2 perp aggregator.
The proposal is to adjust the airdrop to reward:
1. V2 users with a boosted allocation
2. Only those V1 users & Hyperliquid OG spot traders who’ve also used V2 with a boosted allocation.
Only public token holders and investors can vote (team isn’t voting).
Voting is open for 7 days. Weighted votes will be calculated off-chain and shared.
