It has been an amazing year full of growth! Thanks so much, everyone. I’m super excited to tackle new challenges as a builder next year! Ending the year with Toshikoshi Udon. While Soba is more traditional, I'm going with Udon due to a Soba allergy—but it’s just as lucky and delicious! 🤣
