Okay, then you could go with @ethereumonarm (I am using it). They use efficient arm boards like the OrangePi or Rock5 boards. They cost around 250$ plus you need a fast M2 SSD. They provide an Ubuntu image with all clients which are tested on those boards. You just need to enable one client combo. Hope this helps?
