Justin Sun has stated that he is prepared to purchase all bitcoins from the German government via OTC to alleviate pressure on the market.
Today, the German government transferred 1300 BTC to exchanges Kraken, Bitstamp, and Coinbase.
It also transferred 1700 BTC to one address, likely for subsequent sale on institutional platforms.
Currently, German authorities still hold 40,000 BTC valued at $2.3 billion. π
