Looking at what’s happening in the world right now, I find myself longing for childhood.
For a time when the news didn’t shape the mood of the day. When the sky felt bluer… or maybe we just looked at it more often. When carefreeness didn’t feel like a luxury.
Sometimes I don’t miss the past itself, but the feeling that the world still allowed us to breathe freely.
