Colony Log: Day 123
A serious incident has occurred.
The recent UK heat wave has been evaporating water at an alarming rate.
Not just from humans, apparently.
During routine maintenance, I accidentally nudged the incubator.
My bad 😭
The test tube separated from the arena.
The residents interpreted this as a full-scale evacuation order.
Approximately ten citizens immediately declared independence and fled in every possible direction. 🙄
Nine were successfully recovered.
The tenth either chose freedom… or I suddenly became very bad at counting.
If it’s the former, I’d like to officially welcome the newest member of the household 😅
It quickly became obvious that the current setup had become too fragile for a growing empire.
An emergency relocation was approved.
