Upon a stem so thin and slight,
A wasp lands soft in morning light.
It dances where the flowers bloom,
Amid the sun and mountain’s gloom.
The petals small, in yellow glow,
Breathe life where only wild things grow.
No man-made brush could paint this scene—
A touch of gold in lands unseen.
