The goal is a point on the map of the future. The path is the map itself, being drawn beneath your feet. More often than not, upon reaching that coveted point, you realize that the true treasure was not it, but the road you have charted. You have been tempered by the winds, you have learned to see beauty in the climbs and find footing in the descents. You have met those who walked beside you and gotten to know yourself in solitude. The path changes you. It turns "I want" into "I can," and a dream into character. Do not rush to complete the path. Allow the path to pass through you. And one day, you will look back and understand: the most important destination you have reached is the strength, wisdom, and integrity you have cultivated within yourself. Walk on.
