I went from drinking 7–8 espressos a day to just a couple.
I have to say, I’ve noticed a lot of changes — especially in my mood, and all for the better.

Just cold turkey. It was harder than quitting smoking honestly. 2 weeks of suffering.

ahhhh it’s so hard!!! i don’t even think it gives me energy more i’m just like dependent on it

So hard! I have a soda addiction for sure. Coffee is good but I don’t drink often. 
I got down to just drinking ginger ale but eventually caved in to Mt. Dew again. 😆

a friend told me he quit coffee AND smoking weed cold turkey using CBD oil

i really think i need to but i literally shake when i don’t have it 🙈🙈

it was one of the things that i wanted to try this year but haven’t even tried yet

last call at noon for a couple yrs - let’s call those the lost yrs. never again.

It seems like it's hard to avoid that when you're already into it.
