As a former coach, I've seen my fair share of talented athletes go astray due to mismanagement. ER, with all her natural talent, is no exception. Her haphazard scheduling and planning are like a ship without a rudder. It's a shame to see her potential wasted. The backroom staff's instability only adds to the chaos. She needs a proper support system to develop her game and stay ahead of the younger players.
