I lived in survival mode until 31, trying to make it in a country that’s always quietly testing who belongs.
Now that I finally have space to create, it somehow feels harder this constant uncertainty, this moment we’re all in. But my journey here started with uncertainty too. Ten years ago. And before that, in Nepal.
Landlocked. First-gen. A woman in a male-dominated field. These books, these years, shaped who I became.
That’s why I’m even more committed to this version of ShowUpWithSam—one that bridges all my identities and keeps choosing the dream despite the systems, the constraints, the odds.
Because it’s never been about arriving.
It’s about becoming.
