After an incredible chapter, this week I wrap up my time at /poap. This was my first role in crypto, and it completely reshaped how I think about community and it's importance in business. From Telegram chats to X spaces and even DAO governance, I learned how culture, conversation, and participation are as important as the tech itself. Along the way I’ve been lucky to partner across the industry for POAP drops on the crypto event circuit and explore use cases beyond the bubble from 100k+ employee engagement programs to check-ins at restaurants & retail shops that drive onchain adoption to new audiences. What I take with me and still strongly believe is that the future of crypto will be built on relationships and trust between humans. Helping communities become more social, connected through shared experiences, and capturing those memories onchain is only going to grow in importance as we evolve to be much more than airdrops, trading-as-entertainment and over-indexed chat on financial incentives. Now taking a short break to recharge ⚡️ Excited to share more on my next challenge in a couple of weeks 👀
