In the digital economy, attention is one of the most powerful assets, yet it is often fragmented, difficult to measure, and rarely rewarded fairly. @cityprotocol.base.eth solves this problem by building an infrastructure that captures, distributes, and rewards attention in a transparent and data-driven way. At the centre of this system is Base, which acts as the foundational network powering the ecosystem. The Base network enables fast, low-cost transactions and allows attention-driven interactions to be recorded and verified on-chain.
