Here's what I would do rn if I was "the powers that be" at FC or @ted:
- look at the activity logs (now/today vs yesterday)
- make a (hopefully long) list of users that came back to chat on FC today
- start DMing them and asking for feedback and bring them back
These are the ones to win back first. Just sayin...
