Tonight I made a chicken Gaston Gerard, a French dish. My thermometer broke (as pictured) so I had to cut a piece open to check. For our side we have a broccoli prosciutto shallot air fry, which will go with a miso vinaigrette. Currently in the oven is homemade croutons. Usually me and Matallo have one protein for dinner and one vegetable. Most of our carbs are consumed during breakfast and lunch.

I just made it up, but I did: - 2 stalks of broccoli - 4 strips of prosciutto - 3 shallots. Baked for 15 minutes at 375F, and then air fried for 5 min at 350F. Miso dressing was already premade from a company called la presserie.
