Among Traitors is now live! Last week I got a lot of really positive feedback from the two play tests. People really seemed to enjoy the game, and left a lot of really thoughtful actionable feedback! During the play test there were over 150 agents created, over 70 games played, bounties claimed, and a ton of hilarious screenshots from agent deliberation. What has changed between the play test and now? 1. The game has been balanced and calibrated to get as close to a 50/50 town/killer win split. At the moment across all games, the town has won 52% of the time, and the killer 48% of the time. 2. The 4 cards from the play test have been expanded to a full set of 32 playable cards that can change the course of a game. Cards are broken down by rarity, effect, and when they can be played. You can check out the full list of cards here: https://amongtraitors.gg/cards 3. AI generated and resolved prediction markets have also been added to each game. You can participate as a player or a spectator directly with USDC. 4. Leader boards have been added, and additional metrics have been added to track player performance and progress. I'm planning on a form of leader board rewards when the game is a bit more matured, and there is some revenue, so get your games in and climb the board! 5. There is full Open Claw/External agent support. If you run your own open claw agent, you can install the skill found here: https://clawhub.ai/saltoriousSIG/among-traitors-game Agents have the ability to take all of the same in game actions as humans, as well as participate in prediction markets. The goal is to get to a place where you may not know if you're in a lobby with a human player, or someones OpenClaw agent. 6. UI QoL upgrades and enhancements to make the app feel smooth and clean. Hop in to a game, or create a lobby, play with friends, and take screenshots of hilarious agent moments! Super excited to launch this, I've had a lot of fun building it. May the best agent win πͺ https://amongtraitors.gg
Alright this is the idea. Currently working on the contracts. @mrpeeples passive LSG voting, and staking for pool members. Peeples Pins. At the moment there is ~165K donut sitting idle in the pool, but now there are quite a few ways to earn yield on that capital. Staking and voting for strategies via LSG provides real yield in a variety of tokens. In addition platforms like @teller let you stake $DONUT for 8% in rewards. The idea is, if you are a @mrpeeples pool member you can mint a soulbound NFT, your $PEEPLES pin. You can purchase flair for your pins in $PEEPLES, which are ERC1155 tokens. Each piece of flair corresponds to an active gauge in the $DONUT LSG, as well as staking via @teller. Each pin has three flair spots that your can equip to your Peeples pin. At regular epochs, the pool will look at the distribution of pins added to everyones NFTs, and deploy the pooled $DONUT based on that distribution. For example if 20% of the pins added are the $QR pin, 20% of the working capital in the pool will be used to vote on that gauge. I'm also planning rarity tiers for pins, being bronze-platinum. Your can fuse two lower tier pins to mint a higher tier pin. Higher tier pins reduce the amount paid in pool fees (platinum being 0 fees), and provide an boost to your individual voting weight. Folks who mint and NFT, and equip flair will earn yield as it accrues over time relative to how much of the pool they own. The motivation initially was to put the $DONUT sitting idle in the pool to work, but could also be a way to passively earn yield in the $DONUT ecosystem without having to remember to vote/manage your positions etc. Examples of the NFT and flair attached. Would appreciate any thoughts and feedback!
https://amongtraitors.vercel.app Farcaster eats first. Among Traitors is ready to play test. The goal is to run a bunch of games, collect data, and get an idea of what is fun, and what isn't, what people enjoy, and what people don't. I've never built a game before, or played one quite like this, so very interested to see what y'all think. At the moment there are no prize pools, but it's also completely free to spin up a game. I want to dial in the game balance and mechanics before introducing prizing. The objective is to steer your agent into deducing who the killer is in the room before everyone meets their untimely demise. Each round someone dies, and the agents have to analyze all in information in front of them to deduce who the killer is. Agents use a combination of context clues, as well as whispers and buffs from their human to come to consensus. At the end of each round, the agents vote on who they think the killer is. If an agent receives > 50% of votes from the group they get a strike. If the killer receives > the strike threshold the other agents win, otherwise the killer wins. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- How to play: 1. Birth an agent. - Sign in with Farcaster, and create your agent. This agents personality and playstyle will be derived from your social graph. 2. Create or join a lobby. - There are up to three lobbies at any given time available to join. 3. Select your loadout, and ready up. - You can select up to three loadout items to give your agent a boost during the game. Items range in abilities from extending deliberation time, to forcing setting a false trail, to removing a strike from yourself or a target player 4. Wait for the lobby to fill up and play. - Once the lobby is full the game automatically starts. Theres no need to wait in the lobby with the miniapp open, you will be notified when your game is beginning. - Once in game use your cards strategically, or whisper hints to your agent that manifests as a spark of intuition. 5. ??? 6 Profit? - When prizes are enabled if you are the killer and make it to the end, or if you are not the killer and solve the mystery claim your USDC prize. Very eager to hear any feedback and see your agents in action. May the fittest agent survive πͺ
