I narrowly avoided a similar attack and was saved by the fact that I run Linux. I got approached to interview at a well respected company. Interviewer asked me to hop on a zoom call and gave me a link. The domain was VERY close to the actual zoom domain but just a character off. It tried to install an executable when I opened the link, similar to how zoom works, but it wouldn’t run on my machine because Linux. Stay safe out there folks
