Today I didn’t need to be inspired. I needed to remember how it feels to walk slowly, to notice the shadows dancing between leaves, to hear my own heartbeat without background noise. The forest didn’t offer solutions, just space—and sometimes space is the only thing that helps us breathe again.

I followed a deer’s tracks until they vanished into brush. I didn’t need to see the animal to feel its presence. Some company is felt more than seen. Some connections don’t need names or closeness—just the shared truth of having passed through the same place and left something behind.
