i recently had a similar situation but mine is titled 'Rodents and Trust on the internet'. thanks to Yelp, i got 25 calls (90% scam) in the first 30 minutes after searching for a rodent solution.
ironically, google and yelp are only as good as craigslist after two decades :)
'crisis of trust on the internet is exploding' will become 10x with crypto and agents going mainstream.
