I think all foods are good as long as they don't have mushrooms😵‍💫 but with this good taste in design, I have to say, enjoy, my friend.

Thinking in terms of protein, you might not get much from mushrooms, but they're delicious as wild vegetables. Enoki mushrooms, for example, are often recommended as part of a weight-loss diet.

Even though I've been doing Pilates professionally for 6 years and always need protein, I don't remember getting it from mushrooms 👎🙂‍↕️

Do you hate mushrooms? The porridge wasn't delicious because it was bland, but it was good for me.
