This shift is messing with my workflow in a good way.
I used to write by asking “does this make sense?”
Now I’m asking something harder: “would anyone, character or reader, carry this forward?”
It’s forcing me to design fewer details and more anchors.
Less encyclopedic thinking, more cultural thinking.
