After that, when you have identified them, you need to visualize them in the form of anyone and embrace them. Hug them and say: guys, you are hungry, right? Let me feed you with good, positive energy. And whiten them gently. And they will be softer, more well-mannered, they will stop torturing you, and gradually they will slowly turn into angels and into your positive light deeds.
