Cross-chain UX is evolving.
One interesting reminder from STON.fi this week: its Toncoin and Token Bridge is scheduled to shut down on September 1, 2026.
The deeper story is architectural.
Traditional bridges often move representations of assets between networks.
Omniston takes a different route:
→ RFQ-based resolver competition
→ Paired HTLCs
→ Atomic settlement
→ Refunds if settlement conditions aren't completed
That changes the question from:
"How do I bridge this asset?"
to:
"How do I execute the swap for the asset I actually need?"
That's an important distinction for the future of cross-chain DeFi.
