someone should put a terminal inside a miniapp

today we are adding a terminal to input.md. should enable some interesting features i'm surprised nobody has tried yet...

Two new additions: {tab-expand} lets you perform tab completion while telling the AI how to make the completion. inline chat using ~ lets you explore ideas while writing without leaving the page. Also lots of fixes around performance, navigation, plus custom CSS support using front matter.
