I'm trying something new - I'm compiling a list of the 3 strongest founders I know for each skill & then will actively ask their opinions when uncertain or having a challenge in that area.
What do you think you're exceptionally good at as a founder - to the point where you could teach a course on it? Bonus: tag a founder that you think is exceptionally good at a skill (and which)
Some possible areas/skills: hiring engineers, fundraising, prioritizing work, speaking to users, launching, evangelizing, designing a brand, pivots, ...
