I realized my real life friends probably won’t see my farcaster casts and my farcaster ppl won’t meet my irl friends so I might as well document my real life stories here. Today I spent the day in nyc. I spent it with a usual friend group. It was one of my friends birthday. We always travel when it’s his birthday. Last year we went to Colombia. The year before that was Miami. Today was New York City. Tbh it lives up to the charm, coming from someone brought up in toronto. I would argue that as a city, toronto has charm, but nyc has charisma. If you don’t know the difference, it’s prob best to ask what you have, but anyway, I went to see Michael Che at the comedy cellar tonight. It’s made me realize how fun it would be to do standup. I would like to give it a try and see the vibes. Will record on my metaglasses

Off the top of my head, within the past two decades of my life, the countries I've visited are Botswana, India, Zimbabwe, Namibia, South Africa, UK, US, Japan, Vietnam, Korea, Colombia, and I live in Canada. I'm headed to Malaysia/Singapore for the month of September 2025, then Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, and India between October and November. I’d like to document all that starting now. I’m also headed to nyc next week so will use the trip to write more

The job of a consultant is to sell what they know, whether they know it or not. I am what is considered a strategically incompetent consultant. This is not what clients want to hear, especially when working remotely, but AI models will eventually replace my role. I hope it happens, so I can spend my days travelling more and writing about it
