you don't need one—that's a beautiful thing about it

but the idea is to create a fly wheel where people are willing to put money into a pot that will go to making the network more interesting

the extra features like badge, nft, 4 embeds, and app specific benefits like longer videos are better 

if you're paying for music, film, TV subscriptions and spend a relatively equal number of hours consuming FC content it seems reasonable to want to contribute to that flywheel

but also reasonable not to ofc

But... If the content is decentralized, why do I need a subscription?
