My biggest takeaways from Today’s DD Workshop with @bryanjohnson : 1. The Blueprint algorithm isn’t about limiting listening to the body’s signalling by applying a cookie cutter solution, it’s enhancing our ability to listen, and consciously respond to those signals in real time. Measure and adapt! 2. Increased awareness about what we are doing and the results produced itself brings lasting life changes without struggle. 3. I DON’T KNOW. 🥹 It’s painful to acknowledge but also humbling and freeing. And from that space of acceptance, I rise in trust in what IS.

Evolution once favored physical strength. Today those who thrust themselves to the top through strength & subversion are losing power & those who hold a vision of synthesis based on self transcendence are rising. What was perceived as weak or strong is totally reversing. Healthy families foster creativity & love. Future families will be vessels for collective ascension, embracing the awareness of a new generation. Civilization built from the lens of an incarnating child creates a magical world, with unconditional love at its core. At low frequency, all love is conditional—based on exchange, expectation, fear & scarcity. True love gives w/o needing return. Giving can’t be faked when it’s from the heart. The great secret: more we give, more we receive. True giving is an act of insanity when viewed from the mind! In a world of competition tenderness shows the quiet power of unconditional love. Giving w/o expectation fosters creativity & deep connection. Compassion & kindness transform reality-bring oneness
