Bitcoin’s role as a hedge against inflation is becoming increasingly evident as central banks continue to print money. As inflation concerns mount, Bitcoin’s fixed supply makes it an attractive alternative to fiat currencies that are subject to devaluation. In comparison to traditional assets like stocks, Bitcoin tends to perform well in inflationary environments, as it is seen as a store of value. The correlation between Bitcoin and the stock market can fluctuate; however, when inflationary pressures rise, Bitcoin tends to decouple from traditional equities. Institutional adoption further strengthens Bitcoin's position as a digital gold equivalent, with more funds seeking refuge in its decentralized and limited-supply nature.
