Just finished this too! Was bummed by the lack of conclusions at first, but I keep thinking about how rights seems to go away once you take away freedom of movement. Idk if this is a network state use case or what.

Yeah I really like how practical their descriptions of freedom were! Especially how that freedom of movement was tied to reciprocity (and it being a given that other tribes / affiliates far away would be expected to house you. Definitely does make me think about how to ensure that happens w network states!
