AI agents are starting to become a real layer on Base not just chatbots but autonomous systems that can act onchain
What this means agents can execute trades automatically manage portfolios in real time move funds based on strategy and interact with apps without manual input
On Base this becomes possible because of low fees agents can act frequently fast transactions enable real time decisions and open infrastructure makes integration easier
We are already seeing AI tools analyzing markets and executing trades agent based wallets interacting with protocols and APIs that let agents pay and fetch data instantly
This is a shift from users clicking buttons to systems acting on behalf of users
As this grows Base can become a key layer where AI and onchain activity merge and that is the direction it is moving toward
