Having worked with and managed several Ivy grads, I can tell you that I would not hire one; unless you're looking to start a color revolution within your own organization, they are too disruptive to work with people who's only mission is to do their jobs and serve customers. It's a shame because they are often very smart people who could compete very well in the free market; unfortunately they're taught to destroy it
