Out of all the business models I've seen for AI this one is highly underused and probably the most noteworthy in terms of better change management. Performance Based Revenue -> (taking the humanistic side of taking jobs away out for a minute) Classic AI example: picture a call center for a specific niche - hundreds of people. AI handles call; if the call is handled and the user is deemed satisfied, the AI company would earn on the transaction. If it deflects needing a human, there is no payment. Aligns all parties first of all. AI continues to improve to avoid deflections. Company can scale into the technology while also gradually scaling down labor. The change management component here is the unique piece and is an easier implementation. There are companies doing this already but in the old age of data parsing. Roads are wide open to here, still primitive and can overtake unaligned business models. Food for thought
