Been out of commission since yesterday - my back locked up and I can’t move. I think I tensed it up from my 12 hours coding away not realizing I was in bad posture What do you do if you can only look up for the next 24 hours 😭

broooo have to take care of posture. And build some muscle on the back and glutes. Now that you are locked use some hot and cold therapy. Also, probably check for some yoga without pushing it

Of course you need to see a doctor, once I also pulled my lower back because of heaviness, 3 days it was hard to even get up to go to the bathroom Thank God it went away, but sometimes trauma can take its toll 10 $DEGEN
