Nasir Hossain Named Player of the Match (BPL) Chasing a target of 134 runs, Dhaka Capitals were under early pressure. They managed only 14 runs in the first three overs and lost two wickets. However, Nasir Hossain blew away all the pressure in the next 10 deliveries. Facing Mohammad Nabi in the fourth over, Nasir smashed fours off the first three balls. In the following over, bowled by Pakistani left-arm spinner Maaz Sadaqat, he sent the first four deliveries to the boundary, including one six. With 35 runs coming from overs 4 and 5, the run chase was no longer difficult for Dhaka Capitals—and it never became one again. Nasir reached his fifty in just 21 balls and went on to play a career-best T20 innings of 90 runs. Riding on his brilliant knock, Dhaka Capitals secured a comfortable seven-wicket victory over Noakhali Express, winning the match with 35 balls to spare.
