Do Kwon and Terraform Labs have reached a preliminary agreement with the SEC to settle the case, reports Reuters 📜. The terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed. In April, Kwon and Terraform Labs were found guilty of fraud. The judge has requested documents for settling the case by June 12.
