If you’ve been watching the space lately, you’ve probably noticed things have gone pretty quiet. No major new projects are dropping, older ones aren’t very active, VC money has slowed, attention feels low, prices are range-bound, and TGE news is almost non-existent.
But this slowdown isn’t unusual. Every year around December and January, most people step back to recharge, spend time with family, and reset. Then, once the new year kicks in, the industry comes back with fresh ideas, new energy, and momentum.
So right now, we’re basically in that calm before the next cycle—waiting for new projects, new narratives, new announcements, and new launches.
