This economy needs to catch up—times have changed, and so have we. I’m not my parents, and I’m not staying at the same job for 30+ years. Career paths today are about growth, learning, and flexibility, not lifelong stagnation. People want purpose, skill-building, and opportunities to create real impact, not just a paycheck. The world rewards adaptability, curiosity, and initiative. We need to rethink work, focus on meaningful challenges, and embrace change. Staying stuck for decades isn’t the goal—progress, fulfillment, and building something that matters is. Life’s too short to settle.
