i feel like a big part of Nouns is expressing opinions/frustrations, just like you would in a typical community or city council or society actions speak louder than words, been trying to build better models. these posts don't take up much energy but I hope they show the VC camp that there are different paths to accomplish their goals hoping we can have a DAO in the future that is in large part owned by the builders, not just investors. working towards that now

hey hey @v @dwr.eth - who should I talk to re: grants? we've figured out a really efficient and scalable way to do small grants. paid out $200k to 250 projects with Nouns on flows.wtf/explore wanted to see if we could help scale Farcaster and pay the best Farcaster mini-app builders etc by setting up a Flow. I know you all are looking for a better way to do grants, would love to help

not saying they're breaking any rules, and i think more financial sustainability is needed i just disagree with their approach and am trying to help them see another path forward. spending most of my time building alternative mechanisms /vrbs /flows but they're making my life much harder :/

Nouns is not a DAO under the absolute rule of 2-3 people, it's just an awkwardly structured VC fund. I am with @eusoujp on this one

agreed! will link out to nounsgrants soon as a way to scale funding. how are you handling the funding request? some flows projects might not be ready for $10k but even a few hundred or $1k would be huge
