use and fill out the daily diary so you can correlate habits to biometrics and see how things affect you

I use one of these: - get a waterproof band - honestly I use the underwear too for Jiu Jitsu and other stuff - you will have to log your exercises manually for things like weight lifting but it’s worth it because otherwise it won’t account for muscular load when calculating strain but it can be tedious and unintuitive at first - use the journal frequently - the AI coach is not bad, you can ask it lots of high level questions - I’ve had mine since December, really fond of it now but it took a while Disclaimer: This is the only fitness wearable I’ve ever used.

Try to let it guide you. If you overtrain every day and you are in yellow all the time… well it’s nice that you know it but if you don’t act it’s not helping you. Same goes for sleep.

- I mostly use it to track my sleep, strain, and muscular load - Would recommend to spend some more time in-app and start journaling - Sleeping at the time recommended by whoop is really helpful. I have noticed that I feel ready to hit the wall the very next day! - It requires wearing it consistently for at least two months to establish your baseline and progress from there - If you are very active working out, recommend using in-app workout sprints! - My goal right now is to get my V02 max at athlete level (95 percentile)
