I have personally been working in the remote regions in India for educational upliftment, so I would like to start on pilot scale from the such areas in India.
for me the biggest barrier would be quality content availability in the local language. obvoiusly English is not the first language in such remote places and then quality content creation in local languages becomes a challenge
