How? We fundamentally decouple Execution from Settlement. Order matching and state processing occur off-chain inside a hardware-secured enclave (Rust TEE) at bare-metal speeds. A proprietary Micro-KMS generates mathematically pure ML-DSA Round 3 signatures to lock the finalized state, providing post-quantum security before the ledger is even updated.
