How do you guys bounce back quickly after a hard run. It’s been 5 days since my race and my legs still feel beat up. Anyone have stem cells or something 😅

Big fan of 30 - 60 min walks. Gets the legs moving, blood flowing to the tissues, and helps loosen things up for me.
