V6 DEGEN Tips FAQ update. 2 changes were made. #1 dropped the allowance multiplier from 0.25 to 0.15 i.e. a 40% reduction in allowances, ceteris paribus. #2 increased the over-tipping allowance. @hyle suggested I post this here: I did an extreme deep dive into the DEGEN Tips allowance algorithm, and wrote up an FAQ. There's even a simulation on Desmos with all the equations loaded.
