Hello Brian,
I've been trying to get my funds, that coinbase has complete custody over, for the past 2 months that I was never credited for, but customer support has NOT helped me out.
I sent popcat to my sol deposit address BEFORE coinbase had popcat support. The SOL deposit address is a valid address because you can send solana, popcat, or wif to it and it gets credited to my account with no issue.
Miraculously, coinbase listed popcat.
However, 7 days before coinbase listed popcat, someone at coinbase sweeped the popcat tokens in my deposit address and sent them to the Coinbase Hot Wallet 3 address.
Now I'm being told nothing can be done about it? This is, for me, a big amount of money.
It has been months and no one has helped me figure this out. It should be a simple credit of the popcat tokens to my account.
I can provide ALL of the on-chain txn hashes and my account can be investigated to prove that I haven't been credited the money I deposited a year ago.
PLEASE, help me.
