Macroeconomic Sensitivity Testing for Benchmark Interest Rate Selection in Floating-Rate Models of Lending Protocols
This study conducts macroeconomic sensitivity tests on benchmark interest rate selection in floating-rate models for lending protocols. By simulating various economic scenarios, we evaluate the impact of different benchmark rates on protocol stability and borrower affordability. Findings suggest that carefully selected benchmarks can enhance protocol resilience to macroeconomic fluctuations, ensuring sustainable lending operations.
