I'm learning how to attune to them and to hear their subtle messages. I'm learning about nervous system regulation and how to be so fully embodied that what flows is a dance with the horse.
I'm learning how in the past I took what I needed from them. I allow myself to grieve for that, and to honour this new way.
This horse-led way.
This path is truly beautiful and profound. It is requiring that I release so many outdated patterns and beliefs and embrace a new path of love, strength and connection with these animals”.
