Assume you can personalize each mini app notification on a per user basis and still send broadcast notifications in one API call e.g. instead of sending a broadcast that says 1. "30 mins until the mint closes!", you can personalize and say "<@user> 30 mins until the mint closes!" to each individual user 2. "30 people played today, join in!", you can personalize and say "your friends X, Y, Z played today, join in!" What kind of personalizations would you want?
