I have been in traditional art in Japan since 2015, exhibiting in art fairs, winning awards, doing acrylic paintings, illustrations for agent, and brands in Osaka, etc. Since I turned digital and now doing interactive toy + hardware art + coding, people in trad art don’t understand me and don’t call me an artist anymore. They thought I quitted making art. To be honest, art, artist, creator, blah blah blah, whatever words I don’t really care. In fact I’m quite bored of being defined by others. I just want to keep creating what makes me feel fun and alive. At the end of the day, being an outcast of the art world gives me creative freedom and I’m enjoying it 😆

Been busy prepping for ArtGumi Exhibition in Fukuoka 5-14 Dec 2025. (More info via the link). I will be exhibiting my interactive diorama art for the first time. The art will be available online too. But if you are in town, experiencing the interaction would feel more fun ✨

My coding skill is not that advanced. But I think a lot of user experience. Many things run unnoticed behind the scene, like my sensor would calibrate the light in the room first so the interactive art feels smooth regardless of the ambient light, etc. Designer’s habit.
This piece will be exhibited with @artgumidao exhibition in Fukuoka 5-14 December 2025✨ Official announcement coming soon (as soon as I finish my homework 😂)
